When you name the price in a follow up email when buyers asks for the total with shipping after sending their address, and the buyer sends you the USPS delivery confirmation for payment right away - don't inform them days later someone else got a payment got there 1st and you instead sold it to them. I didn't even know there was a someone else. I didn't know buying was a race where 1st payment received wins. I'd paid with PayPal same day but you only accepted a mailed payment type. Not really a good way to treat people.
