He is/was selling an Icom 756Pro for around 1100 some odd dollars.
Now, he is willing to accept 500 dollars and he will pay the freight!

I suggested that I pay via PayPal AFTER he suggested that he would accept payment via Moneygram whick, if I am correct is Western Union.

I don't know if he is legit or not but am only seeking opinions.

Thank you.

Take the "possible" out of your title Ros. Do not get taken by him. IMHO!

Thanks but it is there for legal reasons. I assume that you have not had dealings with him.

No dealing with him Ros. From past experience I would say that the call sign in question has been hijacked and you are NOT dealing with the real owner of that call sign. Just my opinion from past experience with many, many scammers over the years. Your guy fits the MO to the exact specs! You need to look at it logically and you will come to the same conclusion. :D

Hi guys - just browsing - this call sign belonged to my father - a UK Ham - who died 14 years ago. Please keep reporting this scammer!
