Possible scammer using call T32AH

I recently answered a add of someone using the call sign T32AH and the name Joe Cayman .On QRZ.COM the call shows
the ham T32AH has Joe Hypnarowski (US CALL)W6VNR .Joe Hypnarowski Uses the call when at the Grand CAYMAN islands((joe CAYMAN) (made me scratch my head too)
He never got any $$ as I always check the call first.
He doesn't seem to answer my emails once I asked him to explain the call sign issue so I can only assume the worst .
I figured I'd warn others incase he post again.
If im wrong then sorry but Joe Cayman isn't helping prove otherwise.
