Chris bent over backwords in my dealings with him on a piece of equipment that I bought. From the the beginning he was concerned with the shipping i.e. did I receive it, was it as advertised etc. When I had to report that the equipment had a problem he was immediately concerned and provided help to try to rectify it. Once I advised that the offered help didn't work he then began steps to "make me happy" which of course included a refund , etc. I can't say enough good about how Chris treated me in this situation. He obviously cares deeply about his customers and will go the extra mile to please. I will not hesitate to buy from him and highly recommend him to anyone cosidering what he is offering.
