amplifier repair

Over one year ago I shipped my Alpha 77 to Island Amplifier in California. It was received and John, KF6I was given the order to repair ;the amp. Over one year has passed, They will not answerer any request for information concerning my equipment. The main thing needed was a replaced blower. It is a long trip from Oklahoma to pick up the amp. The 8877 tube was in good shape and I wonder if he just sold the tube and transformer along with the other parts?
