I purchased a Yaesu FT-991A from Ray. He said he wanted to do a money order but I didn't feel comfortable doing that so I asked if he would do PayPal. He said he was fine doing that. He only had 1 pic of the unit but I pulled the plug and bought it. He shipped it the next morning and it was here 2 days later. Arrived in great condition and worked just as you would expect.
I would buy from him again.
