Why do you not answer emails? I made the check, and still have it. UPS contacted me at that time and said you have to be the one to file the claim, not me. You shipped it to me. I sent you a copy of their message immediately. I have contacted them twice, since, and they say you have not contacted them to file the claim.

You tried to blame me for your repacking, yet you left out the supporting pad on the bottom, loosely wrapped it with the worn out bubble wrap (bubbles popped all over), it was literally bouncing around in the box when it arrived. I sent you photos of the bottom and top crushed, damage to the front panel, and the internals banged up.

Check your emails and let's get this put to bed. Email me with questions, I don't check in here often.

I packed it exactly like you had packed it and you have not sent me any emails since the one with a pic of a check saying you were sending my refund.
Send me my $750 like you have been telling me you were doing since May of 24

I have receipts of emails sent to you in an old phone from 9/24, and I know I sent some from this one, since. Check your spam folder.

No, you didn't pack it like I did, else it would have never made it to you in the first place. I've shipped lots of stuff like this, you cant ship a heavy rig with the feet resting on the bottom of the box. The feet were not suspended by the pad I made of multiple layers, the bubble wrap was shot from abuse from the previous trip, and as a result it was loose in the box. You cant ship a 50 lb amp like that. As I said before, I don't mind settling this, but you have to contact ups and open the claim. You're on their record as the shipper, they will not deal with me.

Thanks for letting me know about ups way too late to file a claim no emails from you since 8/24 and communication was very scarce from you. you don`t communicate well at all .Thanks for ripping me off
