I recently had an issue with my TT Jupiter that I could not solve myself. I immediately sent it to Serge, W5ZZ, at Delta Electronics https://deltaelectronics.us/ who did the troubleshooting of my radio's RF board which had no schematic.
Serge worked diligently to find the problem(s), sending periodic reports on the progress, and expertly solved my issues professionally.
The radio was returned to me well packaged and insured.
