Frank sold me an Icom 706MKIIG... Listed it as "Nearly New". Been sitting in a box for 10 years. Price paid was for a nearly new used rig. Once received, I ran it through an operational test. FM non operating on all bands. Reached out to Frank, explained I understood he might not have known FM was not working. I asked for a very modest partial refund. Sadly, his attitude was dismissive, and said it was my mistake for buying used equipment.

He is not interested in honest transactions. I must sadly advise all to avoid him.
