Steve, WZ1U Great Customer service

I had a great experience buying a radio from Steve, WZ1U. He provided much better customer service than most businesses today.
I emailed him first, then we scheduled a phone call during which I agreed to buy the radio. After that, Steve sent me more pictures of the radio, then after he received my payment, he sent me pictures of the packed-up radio ready for shipping, and finally the tracking number of the package once he had it shipped. He kept me up to date every step of the way via email with pictures. When I received it, the radio was in perfect condition just as Steve had described it.
Needless to say, I highly recommend Steve as a trusted seller to anyone.
