Ken was excellent to deal with. Item exactly as described. Communication was excellent. Item arrived quickly. Very fair trader. Im keeping his call sign to look again for items he has for sale
W8EK, Ken Simpson – Do Not Purchase From!!!!
Purchased a meter from him, received it broken due to poor packaging. Sent pictures of broken meter with the box problem. Still has not provided refund as says out-of-his-pocket and will not do anything until he has been paid by USPS. Ludicrous since it is out of my pocket and his problem is with USPS and not mine. He then wanted the meter back at USPS request which is hard to believe. Sent back and received a payment for shipping only labeled full refund, He claims negation ( never heard of this before) with no contract where it is clearly still an argument between him and USPS. This is Fraud and theft. Bank said do not accept payment as they looked over paperwork and would consider this to be Fraud and Theft. He has mixed up requirements of seller to buyer with seller and USPS as these are both completely separate. Any business will either replace or refund for a broken item.
Do not deal with this individual as to the problems he causes when requesting a refund for his shipping problem. His method of operation is Fraud and Theft.
