What's a fair price for an Icom IC-745 , very good condition, includes orig. packaging, manual, HM12 mic, marker unit (EX241), FM unit (EX-242), FL44A filter (2.1kHz, 0.455), QC/test certificate from repair shop, matching speaker SP3 in orig. box, and matching power supply PS15?

I have been tracking prices on eBay, but that's a last resort. I will have unit for sale at the Dayton Hamvention.
