N4RJL sold me a Heathkit meter through EBay back in mid August. I've had one email from him since then and no meter or refund. Odd since he seems to have complete several other sales without issue.


Ironic that he has a post on here complaining about someone else ripping him off. If anyone knows Robbie, I'd appreciate a hand in resolving this.
