On 7/24/2010, I sent Bill De Luccia KO2W of 431 Hampton Court
Manalapan, NJ 07726 a USPS money order in the amount of $670.00 for 2 rotaters, a tailtwister and a Ham 4. We talked by phone and by email and everything seemed to be fine. Until the Tailtwister did not show up. The Ham 4 did arrive in good shape. But when I contacted Bill, he stated that he couldn't find the Tailtwister and needed to look around for it at his relatives. Well it has now been 5 months and he will not return my emails or phone calls. I guess I'm out the rest of the money I sent him, but I will follow all avenues of legality to get back the rest, or at least maybe keep his cell phone bill high. He did place the adds here on QTH.com. You know, I never wanted to write this, I guess I am a believer in my fellow man. If anyone in New Jersey knows where he lives, (I have the address) stop by and ask him when he is going to pay me what he owes. I will amend this if/when he either pays me or sends the tailtwister.

I tried to email him again today at deluccia9@AOL.COM and it came back as undeliverable. So sad to see an Extra class ham drop to this status. What status you say? How about free loader or a stiff or just doesn't pay his bills.

So it's now been almost 11 months and no contact with Mr. De Luccia KO2W, no money back and no Tail Twister. I guess I might as well quit at this point because it will never get here.
