I had a recent experience with aham who turned out to be a great guy, which reinforces the need for communication in these transactions.
The ham was experiencing various problems, and did not explain the situation fully. I ended up posting very negative feed-back, but eventually I received the item, well-packed and working beautifully.
That just reinforces the importance of communicating!!!!
