KU4WS sold me a tuner that he knew there was a power input issue but did not disclose it. Unable to trust him to refund my money. He wanted the tuner first before refunding my money. He would have both, my tuner plus my money. I would probably never see any refund if he would lie abt the condition of the tuner.
Do not buy any thing from this dishonest ham.

There was nothing wrong with the turner worked as it should. I bought the turner from w9big and n4piq got it the same way I received it from w9big I posted pictures show the turner working. I did not list a manual and he asked for one. Told him he could find it on the web site. He sent a message back could not find so I downloaded it from the km3km web site where he said he could not find it. Now tell me is this someone you want buying something from you and then opening it up and working on it, He wanted his money back after telling me he went into the turner and who know what he did to it. I did offer a refund, but he told me wanted to keep and smear my name have email where he told me that. He paid through PayPal and that the way PayPal does refunds. Once the item is returned the refund is issued. If I was going to sell a defected item, would I let you pay through PayPal?
